Data controller

What data we process and why

This website has no forms, user accounts or newsletter. We process personal data in two situations:

• Contacting us (e-mail, phone). We process the data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of the correspondence. We do this to reply to your message and carry on the correspondence and, if the conversation leads towards cooperation, to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us) and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the person prior to entering into a contract).
• Server logs. The hosting provider records standard technical data for every connection: IP address, date and time, the address of the requested page and the browser type. This serves the security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and external tools

The website does not use cookies, analytics or marketing tools. All resources of the website, including fonts and photos, are served from our own server. The website does not connect to third-party servers.

How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence for as long as it continues, and afterwards for the limitation period of any potential claims. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Who receives the data

We entrust data to our hosting and e-mail provider (OVH, servers in the European Union) and, where necessary, to entities providing accounting and legal services to us. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area and we do not sell it to anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@syntropiagroup.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

Voluntary provision and automated decisions

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile.
